What do I need to get started?

• Government issued Photo ID

• Executed Management Agreement

• Void check of account you want funds deposited.

• Keys (3 sets: 2 sets for tenants and 1 set for Whitestone Rental Services)

• Any valid warrantees (appliances)

Who is a Canadian Non-Resident?

If you are a Canadian Citizen residing outside of Canada for more than 182 days of the year, you are considered a Canadian non-resident.
